ABOUT ME
I have 23 years of experience in IT. Throughout my career, I have held a number of senior level positions, most recently, I serve as Director, Information Technology at PiVAL International where I oversee technology for the organization.
In my previous engagements, I've been successful leading major changes in the technology area following ITIL's service management methodology, namely the realignment of IT with business strategies, and the introduction of modern technologies such as cloud computing, enterprise mobility and business intelligence.
From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, my job is to guide you on the path of success. As a certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I guarantee great results. MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 COLLABORATION
Deployed Microsoft Office 365 to modernize an aging on-premise IT infrastructure and to provide the collaborative tools for employees to work efficiently across all company locations. This enabled this medium-sized distributor to increase employee productivity and improve customer service, while reducing technology costs.
DATA CENTRE CONSOLIDATION
This project entailed two steps. The first step was to centralize three data centres in an off-site location – that is, the co-location, which improved the reliability of IT services. The second was the consolidation, which reduced IT infrastructure costs.
